  1. Expected resale = sum of quantity × unit retail price × grade resale rate.
  2. Resale after damage = expected resale × (1 − damage allowance / 100).
  3. Fees = (platform fee / 100) × resale after damage.
  4. All-in = bid + freight + fees.
  5. Profit = resale after damage − all-in.
  6. ROI = profit / all-in, displayed as a percentage.
  7. Maximum bid ceiling = (resale after damage / 1.30) − freight − fees, floored to the cent.

Rates: A 55%, B 45%, C 30%, Salvage 0%. Calculations keep full precision; currency is displayed to two decimals and ROI to one. A negative ceiling means no nonnegative bid meets the target. When all-in is zero, ROI and the verdict are shown as N/A.

This model includes only the inputs shown. It does not include other expenses such as taxes, storage, repairs, labor, or shipping to customers. It does not verify manifests, condition, recalls, or resale eligibility.

How it works

01 / ADD THE ITEMS

Start with the manifest.

Enter each item, quantity, unit retail price, and grade. Review the item table for dead stock and Do Not Resell flags.

02 / SET THE ASSUMPTIONS

Account for the costs.

Add your bid and freight. Adjust the platform fee and damage allowance to reflect the scenario you want to estimate.

03 / REVIEW THE CEILING

Check the numbers.

04 / A few clear answers

Know the limits
of the estimate.

The assumptions are visible because the result depends on them.

Is ManifestEdge affiliated with Costco or B-Stock?

No. ManifestEdge is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Costco or B-Stock.

Does a GO verdict guarantee a profit?

No. There is no profit guarantee. GO means the calculated ROI is at least 30% under your inputs and the stated resale rates. It does not predict an actual sale, verify the goods, or recommend a purchase.

Where do the resale estimates come from?

The model applies fixed percentages of the unit retail prices you enter: A 55%, B 45%, C 30%, and Salvage 0%. It then applies your damage allowance and platform fee. These are estimates only, not live sold-price data or appraisals.

How are Do Not Resell items handled?

Name-based screening flags food, supplements, and safety-related items as Do Not Resell. Review every row and manually flag anything missed. Flags do not alter the specified arithmetic; remove those rows before using an estimate to plan resale. A missing flag does not establish that an item is suitable for resale.

Are my manifests uploaded?

This single-file checker calculates in your browser. It does not upload or save the manifest, and it does not require an account. Reloading the page restores the sample.

Can I purchase access now?

Yes. Access is available now through secure Stripe checkout. Single Manifest Check is listed at $29 per check and Flipper Pro at $79/mo. Estimates only. No profit guarantee.
